Whether it was during the house hunt, inspection, the appraisal, or asking the sellers to make required repairs from our lender, she made sure all of us understood the hard-to-understand pieces and held hope things would fall as they should. Buying a home felt like the most impossible accomplishment before we started. Jill not only made it feel possible, but she also helped make it possible.
