It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Jess is one of the best realtors out there!! I wasn’t selling my own home, but my mother’s home following her passing, and on top of that, I live 1,500 miles away. Her calm demeanor, knowledge of the market, confidence in the process even when our first offer fell thru was insanely helpful. With the wrong representation, it could have been extra stressful, but Jess was with me along the entire way and I trusted and really leaned into ALL her guidance.
