Sue is helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. She was very helpful in guiding us through a sale process in Burnsville even though we were not in the area. She made good suggestions and was supportive and helpful when we needed something. Highly recommended.

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
