The Remax website sent him to us when we asked about the home. David was very available and listened to our needs and wants. He respected what we wanted and did not pressure us to consider other home styles or to consider a higher loan. Most importantly, David understood that we loved the home we were living in at the time and that we only wanted to move if we found our dream home. He allowed us to find our dream home before listing our home so that we were not forced to settle on something that we did not love. Additionally, David was very knowledgable on basic builder and homeowner details, such as average width of a door frame and distance required from property line for garage construction.

Jeanine was wonderful to work with. We had so many questions around the home buying process and the homes themselves and she was with us for it all. we were able to text her any questions we had about the home and the work that would go into caring for the home we buy. she's warm and friendly and very very easy to work with, she scheduled zoom meetings with us to understand what kind of home we wanted and where ahead of our showings, she put so much time and care into working with and advocating for us. we couldn't be happier.
