Karen is what every agent should be. Forthright, honest, dedicated, and a hard worker. When I had to come back to KY and leave everything solely in her hands when I sold my winter home in FL she stayed on top of everything. From having some repairs done, changing the kitchen countertops, lawn maintenance (she even pulled weeds and watered plants herself), to smaller things like setting out air fresheners for open houses. Her expertise was helpful in negotiations and closing the deal especially since everything had to be done remotely. I have no hesitation in recommending her!

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley! She was the absolute best for our home buying experience. We have dealt with, lets say, a variety of realtors and none seemed to care about us like Ashley did. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really made us see past some of those things you may get distracted by when looking at a home. She really wanted us to get in the right home, and it did end up taking a lot longer than we initially thought it would. In the end she knew we had seen our new home and she was there every step of the way. Not once did we feel rushed or not important.
