Karen Daly is truly knowledgeable about the local housing market and helped us price our home just right, which helped with selling quickly. She is so wonderful at communicating clearly along every step of the process. She’s attentive to the details and helped us immensely with prioritizing the things that we needed to work on to prepare our home. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor.
