The house I chose he helped me to negotiate a good price, and kept in contact after closing to see how everything was going. It was great working with Colin when purchasing my home. I could call or text anytime of day and he answered all the questions I had, there was a lot of them. Honest, knowledgeable and helpful in the stress of home buying.

Wendy was great to work with, professional, and she helped me figure out what to do for my loan as well as negotiate with the seller. Wendy also took the time to answer my laundry list of questions, which was incredibly helpful as a first time home buyer, and her knowledge was inexhaustible. Can't recommend enough.
