Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. Plus, she was understanding and supportive, too - and even was a grounding force when I sometimes felt like the world was swallowing me whole during the selling process. A few days before my closing, she also did a VERY generous last act of reducing her already VERY fair commission even more because of my situation... I could go on and on, but I'll just leave it as if you're looking to buy or sell a home, I couldn't recommend Katie enough!

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Terri was involved in everything from beginning to end to the extent that I asked her to be. Always a smile, reassurance during tense moments and constant communication. The amount of stress that Terri took from me was priceless. I couldn't ask for a better Realtor to work with, and I would and have recommended Terri and the Shaleen Team to others without hesitation.
