Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It meant so much to work with someone who genuinely cared about our whole family. Nick didn't just help us buy a house, he helped us find our home. It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Tyler met us on numerous properties and patiently walked us through every one until we found the perfect house! He and his team went above and beyond to see to it that we got exactly what we were looking for. 10/10
