Selling a house could cause a lot of anxiety but Kelly made this process easier. She explain things in terms that were easy for my to understand. I thank her for her patience, guidance and knowledge during the sale of this home.

Kelly was a great agent in my recent sale of a property I inherited. Kelly's familiarity with the local market helped to make sure the property was listed at the right price and time. I was out of state but Kelly was able to be my eyes on the ground and made sure things that needed to happen for a successful closing happened. Without her help it would have been a nightmare. Kelly was prompt with communication and easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. Her insights helped to strategize the best approach to listing the property and selecting the best offer.

My wife and I have used Kelly for both of our home purchase we have had, and if we are to sell again you can bet she will be receiving our business again. Kelly goes out of her way to make sure the process of purchasing or selling of a home goes incredibly smoothly. She is not the type to get out there, and just make a quick buck. Kelly genuinely wants you to be happy with your decision, and she will, and has gone out of her way to make sure that happens. Her professionalism, knowledge, and understanding of the real estate market are unmatched. It doesn’t hurt either that she is very personable. I cannot recommend to anyone enough that Kelly is your ideal agent for your purchasing or sales needs. 100% she gets a 10/10 from this buyer/seller, and his family. You want someone who truly cares about her clients happiness? Then look no further. Call Kelly Arbuckle today, and I promise you will have an agent willing to bend backwards for you.
