Pete Scheldt is very professional in providing guidance in preparation of house before listing, providing feedback throughout the sales process, providing guidance and negotiating right sale price and guiding through the closing process. Also, provided help in selecting the movers, support for termination of utilities and setup connections at new address and change of address with postal services. Overall, I am extremely happy with services provided by Pete throughout the process and I would recommend him to any of my friends who wants to do a real estate transaction.

Melissa is one of the most patient people I know! She help my family schedule showing, was always on time, had plenty of knowledge of the listing and always had time for us. Not only did she help us buy our house, she sold our previous home in a matter of hours!!
