Frank helped us purchase our first home in Byron. We had no idea what we were doing and he was very helpful as we walked through the process. We also ran into a few issues that pushed closing back and Frank was willing to advocate for us and was very patient as we worked through the issues! I would use him again myself and recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Mary was so knowledgeable about properties, neighborhoods, and even with resources needed for after purchase. She made even the tough parts about purchasing a home a breeze, never a break in communication. We would recommend Mary 1000%, without a doubt!

Claudia explained the processes of preparing my condo for sale and for searching for a new home very well. After the condo sold, she was efficient and persistent in helping me find a new place during a difficult buying time. When we toured places, her observations were insightful and when I finally made an offer that was accepted, she helped me complete the process in a way that was clear and fast.
