Liz was very knowledgeable in many areas, from construction to decoration after being raised in a blue collar household. She thoughtfully directed us toward updated mechanical fixtures, and was helpful navigating what could be a semi stressful process for buying our new home. Liz made our process a breeze and smooth as can be.. Any question we could think to come up with it felt like she had been rehearsing the answer since before we walked onto a showing. Lastly just wanted to compliment on being so flexible with times of showings. We were thankful for Liz being willing to crunch in showing after showing, sometimes 8-9oclock in the evening working with our toddlers and her families schedules. last but not least, as if that wasn’t enough, on our closing day, and this Christmas, she left us a complimentary closing gift package and custom “first Christmas” ornament were a great addition!

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
