Once I hired Aubrey She immediately began getting my home ready for the market including taging, painting portions of the homes interior, and pressure washing parts of the homes exterior that needed attention. These are all things the previous realtor did not do.  The key for Aubrey is her utilization of unique marketing strategies and home prepping techniques that many other agents don’t do or do at the sellers expense! She has that ability to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to get your home sold! I cannot say enough positive regarding the services that Aubrey provided and I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Dustin was so incredibly patient through the entire house hunting period and gave me advance notice of a few properties that he felt would fit my bill. He does not sugar coat things and brought some things to my attention on some places that I may not have noticed. He never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. When we finally put a bid in on a home, there was a follow-through repair the seller had committed to. It turned into a bit of a fiasco as the seller appeared to walk away from it. However, Dustin helped to keep it on the table and pursued the best solution for me. He could have just told me it was my problem beings I owned the home, but he did not—-he felt that it was within his field of responsibility and ethics to make this issue get resolved to my satisfaction. He takes great pride in his commitment to his clients. I cannot recommend a more honest, ethical and committed real estate agent.
