Best realtor I have ever had

A sad reason to sell a home was made minimally painful thanks to Eric. The positive strengths: Professional handling everything with great care. Always had time to communicate with seller. Knowledgeable explaining the current market and reasons for asking price suggestion. Responsive to every call, question, email quickly. Competent with negotiation increasing the price sold vs offer. Genuine concern and care for what was desired by seller and what was needed to be done for preparing home for sale. Efficient sending documents and communications as well as follow up. Provided timely information and was very supportive through the entire selling process. Feel Eric went above and beyond! I highly recommend Eric
