Christy worked all day to negotiate with the sellers agent to come to an agreement that still allowed me to move forward with my purchase. I had thought I would not be able to close on my original date, but Christy worked complete magic with the seller, my loan officer, and my closing agent and I was able to close later in the day on the date of my original closing.
