Very professional and easy communication style. Gave examples of comps and selling prices. Showed price rang for selling purposes. Explained current interest rate. Very easy to work with. My property was one that would not be easy to sell because of size of house and acreage, yet he sold in a quick time. He spent so much of his time in negotiating with potential buyers and their real estate agents. Exceptional real estate agent who gives his all. Very pleasant person who cares for both seller and buyer. Pricing the property correctly. I would recommend him to anybody.

Bryce was highly professional, responsive, and truly supportive throughout the sale of our mother’s home. From our first meeting, he came prepared with detailed market insights and a thoughtful go-to-market strategy, including recommendations on pricing, positioning, staging priorities, and the potential costs and timelines needed to prepare the home for strong buyer interest. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. After showings and open house activity, he kept us informed on buyer feedback, level of interest, follow-up conversations, and recommended next steps, so we always knew where things stood and felt confident moving forward. He was quick to answer questions, which gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. Bryce demonstrated strong market knowledge by explaining comparable sales, buyer dynamics, pricing trends, and how market conditions could influence timing and offer strategy. When buyer interest came in, he helped us understand not just what buyers were saying, but what it meant in the context of the broader market. His negotiation approach was balanced and effective. He did not focus solely on price; he helped us evaluate the full strength of the offer, including terms, contingencies, timing, certainty of close, and overall fit for our family’s needs. Throughout negotiations, he remained composed, professional, and solutions-oriented while clearly advocating for the best possible outcome. What stood out most was Bryce’s ability to combine market expertise, responsiveness, sound judgment, and genuine care. We are grateful for the guidance, confidence, and steady support he provided, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted real estate partner.

Bryce did a thorough market review of the houses in my area before recommending a selling price. He was always quick to respond to my questions. Bryce skillfully navigated me through what was a very complicated process for me, and made it a manageable and even enjoyable experience. He responded quickly both by phone and in person. I would highly recommend Bryce to anyone I know who is planning to sell or buy a new home.
