We can’t say enough good things about Ray! This was our third home purchase with him, and once again, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ray does an amazing job of keeping you informed throughout the entire process and making sure you understand what’s happening at every step. He is always available to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel confident in the decisions you’re making. Having gone through three home purchases with Ray, we wouldn’t choose anyone else. His knowledge, communication, and dedication to his clients truly set him apart. We are so grateful to have had him by our side for another home purchase and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home! Thank you, Ray, for once again making the process such a great experience!

Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.

Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Although we were very fortunate, Lisa helped us get more than we expected and helped us sell the house in a very short time.

We highly recommend Lisa!!
