This was our first experience of selling a house. From the beginning, Denise gave us confidence that we would successfully complete the sale process with few if any obstacles. With her knowledge of the real estate market, she was able to explain to us the steps that we would follow. Through telephone calls, texts and email messages, she communicated clearly, and in a timely fashion, answers to the questions that we had. Denise made recommendations with regard to certain matters but made it clear that we would be making the final decisions. When there were questions about whether the projected buyers would be able to secure the necessary funding, Denise was in regular communication with their realtor and kept us up to date on what was happening. In addition, Denise got to know our story and was happy to share her story with us. She (and her partner Dan) truly became friends on the journey. We are deeply grateful.
