Gary understood our needs, he did not waste our time, but understood we only had two days to see all of the properties he had, and of course the 20 or so we found on zillow, so Gary worked hard to provide us with detailed maps of the areas we were looking at, and told us of the local restaurants, attractions and such. Gary listened to our wishes, spent two days driving us around, and although the home we really wanted, already had an offer, he put us in as a back up offer, and guess what? We got it!
