Craig has been fantastic helping us find a new home, and selling one as well! We were looking to buy a new home, which meant having to also sell the current home within the same timeframe. He was always flexible to get us showings that worked around our work schedules, easy to get a hold of, responds quickly and is very knowledgeable. His background in building/construction is a huge plus, as he knows things to look for in a potential home that other relators we met with before him didn't talk about before. I appreciated that he took the time to explain his findings and answer all questions during showings, teaching us so much! He's also very knowledgeable about the entire buying and selling process, helping us along the way as we bought and sold! He's straightforward, no BS. He isn't a sales person: he doesn't try to convince you on any aspect of a home just to make a sale, but presents things as they are. As far as helping us sell: we were booked solid for showings for two days, went pending in two days, with multiple offers over asking!
