Jerry is a delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and very carefully researches comparable homes to ensure that we were making the smartest decisions in both listing our home and making offers on homes for sale. He was available almost any time of the day or night and would communicate clearly when he would be "offline," with prompt follow-up to ensure that we hadn't needed anything during that time. Jerry helped us weigh pros and cons of each home we considered buying and encouraged us to refine our list of "must-haves" as we viewed more homes. He was a wonderful guide and ultimately helped us identify the things that were the most important to us. During the selling process, Jerry made sure that we felt like we were in the driver's seat and that the ultimate decision was ours, while still offering great advice and perspective based on his many years of experience. We feel very confident and happy about the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one, all thanks to Jerry.

Ingrid is very knowledgable of the West Michigan market and certainly of the home buying and selling process. She is sharp, straightforward, and a pleasure to work with.
