When looking for a second home in Southwest Michigan (our primary residence was in Chicago…read on), we received a recommendation for Cynthia from a close friend who worked with her in the past. One thing we really appreciated was her incredible communication. I like to think I'm pretty on top of it and proactive when it comes to personal transactions in which we have a major investment, and I never had to nudge Cynthia once. Went way and above to coordinate everything and make sure things went smoothly, which was extra-appreciated since we were making this purchase from Chicago, two hours outside of town.
