Very motivated , knowledgeable and experience professional . Provided exceptional support in all aspects of the home buying experience. Very dedicated in supporting veterans like myself. Explained the process in detail upfront and provided real-time updates when required. I served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and 23 years with the DoD and Ms. Walls displayed the level of professionalism that I have become accustom to over the years working with "Top Notch" professionals. I would recommend any veteran or civilian government employee to seek out her services , which is second to none in my opinion. I was also extremely impressed with her follow-up after the closing , which is a true indication of her dedication to customer service. Semper Fi!

The level of professionalism and helpfulness was everything. Karen went above and beyond helping me look for my home. Even after I found it, working with the seller to make sure I got what I needed to help with the closing even after I closed. She is simply THE BEST!!!
