He always arrived early at homes to make sure the lights were on and that the home would present its best, even clearing snow or debris before we arrived. He stuck to the budget we gave him, presented offers we wanted to make ( even if they seemed low) and did not try to ever steer us out of our goals to meet his. He was knowledgeable about the market and helped us find other professionals as they became needed.
