Missy is a strait shooter. When I contracted with her to help sell my property my asking price was a little above market. However she said that may change over time. I wasn't in a hurry to sell, so time didn't matter. We started in the summer ( she said spring was a better market time for the property that I had) and said to be patient. We closed a year later a little above what I wanted to get out of the deal.

Ken was very up front , Answered my question , if did not know ,would find out and get back to you ASAP. I think he showed very good skills as to pleasing the buyer with respect to the seller !
