David just sold our home in Wayland, MI. It became a complicated sale when an appraiser lowballed our first buyer's underlying home value and the deal unexpectedly fell through just before closing. Gut punch. We were out of state for the entire time and David navigated the situation skillfully. He was extremely responsive to our calls and messages. He was thoroughly professional. He showed a complete grasp of the buying/selling process. He took all the pressure off of us. The advertising and presentation of our home on line was top shelf.
