Lisa Vela was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. My purchase wasn’t a straightforward deal. She told me that going in and highlighted the concerns she had and did the research to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in.
