We were so lucky to find Rod. We were purchasers from out of state and weren't able to view the properties we were looking at. Rod was our eyes and ears on the ground and supported us every step of the way. His expertise and knowledge were invaluable and because of him, we were able to avoid a few homes that had hidden costs we would have missed and landed on our dream home. He communicated clearly, helped us feel at ease, and went above and beyond every step of the way. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that our amazing out-of-state purchasing experience was due to Rod. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will be contacting him again. If you are looking for an agent, utilize his expertise while you can.

Rod's experience and professionalism, along with that of his business partner, Sarah Cortese, helped us sell our home quickly although we were living out of state. Their thorough knowledge of the local market and trends helped us make the decision to sell at the perfect time for our family.

Rod is very knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate and we felt extremely comfortable with putting our house on the market with him. He was able to sell our house quickly and the entire process was very smooth. We will definitely use Rod again for any of our real estate needs.
