If you have ever wondered why you need an agent, then you have never used Phyllis Palmer. I have used 3 times now and have had an exceptional experience each time. We tried an agent out of town, and it was horrible! They gave no advice, everything was manual, and did little to nothing to ensure we were getting the best deal. We were left asking, "Why do we need this person?" This will not happen with Phyllis. Her years of experience and a deep understanding of the market were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She assisted with organizing repairs and scheduling workers. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience.

Linnea Strunk is a person who will actually look out and protect your best interest. She was reliable, friendly, and quick. She had high attention to detail and I felt like I could trust her to negotiate and complete the transactions in a way that left me feeling comfortable and secure. Whenever I had a clarifying question, she was always available to talk and if she didn’t know the answer she would find out in a timely manner. She was able to give some advice to expedite the process, which was very helpful. She was always kind and friendly, which I appreciated because sometimes this process can be tedious and frustrating. Never once was she anything but smiley and happy to help. If I buy a house in the area in the future, I will definitely seek out Linnea’s guiding hand because she made the process so understandable, quick, and easy.

Our experience with Mike was excellent. When listing our house, Mike was wealth of knowledge. He was consistent with his communications and was very responsive. He is very professional and was able to negotiate a very complex sale in our favor. I highly recommend Mike!
