Blake Boehm has helped me sell three different properties in recent years in the Grand Rapids area. He is helpful, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. There were multiple offers for these properties with Blake working hard to negotiate a fair price while being respectful of potential buyers. Blake paid attention to every detail of each sale from start to finish. Blake has many years of experience in the real estate business and it shows in everything that he does.

Kevin is the best agent there is; hands down. We have worked with him on purchasing our last two homes. He also helped us sell our last home. Kevin is incredibly responsive. He made us feel like we were his only clients, which I know we were not. He is extremely personable and genuinely has become a friend through all of our interactions. We will never use another agent and recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell; even if they don't ask for our opinion! :)

Megan was great to work with. She was always available by phone or email. She made several appointments for us, with short notice. When we found the house we wanted, she did an excellent job negotiating on our behalf. I would highly recommend Megan!
