He gave us so tips on how we can make our house more valuable. I was impressed with the beautiful pictures that the home photographer took. We had communication and he was always answering any questions we had.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Doug Takens. We used Doug’s help to buy our new home and to sell our old home. Doug helped us maneuver and negotiate through both transactions with ease and professionalism. Doug was always responsive to our questions and needs. Several issues occurred while. Using our current home. Doug clearly communicated the issues and possible remedies, yet listened to our needs and concerns, always allowing us to make a decision for us and then supporting us. When selling our old home, Doug helped us sell our house well over the original asking price. Moreover, Doug was able to get the buyer to remove any and all contingencies to ensure a stress free selling experience. Above all Doug performed his work with honesty and integrity. I thank Doug for that every day! Whenever I have friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, I always recommend Doug Takens!
