She was very knowledgeable about the area and toured us around before seeing houses to understand the region better. We spent the day touring houses in private showings and took time to point out pluses and minuses of the school districts and schools that each house belonged to. She made the paperwork process of the bid very easy as well as being very knowledgeable about the builders and their willingness to make concessions. The entire process of buying our home was fantastic!!!
