Leigh worked with us for about 8 months and did an amazing job. He helped us find our dream home, even finding time to meet with us on a holiday weekend for a showing. There were also multiple houses he helped us look at on evenings and weekends. When it came time to sell our house, Leigh was the man for the job. He was helping us sort through offers at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We were able to get well over asking price 5 days after listing our house when all the other houses for sale in the neighborhood were doing price cuts.

We were match up with Jon as part of a relocation package through my husband's new job. We felt like we hit the jackpot! Jon was very quick to respond to text messages and calls. He gave excellent and honest advice on individual houses, the market and the buying process. He had great suggestions and recommendations every step of the way as well as made himself available even at the last minute as houses, we were interested in became available. Jon proved very knowledgeable about various aspects of housing issues and conditions (foundation, water damage, siding, etc.) as well as costs to repair or replace that allowed us to make informed decisions. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids areas with information that helped us become acclimated with our new hometown! Jon walked us through the process of purchasing our new home and kept us well informed throughout each step. We would highly recommend!
