I also purchased a home with Beth. I approached her with a list my “needs and wants for a new home”. Not a small task but she accepted my challenge and did find me the absolutely perfect home. Ben was great! As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what I wanted other than A/C and internet so Ben showed me a variety of homes and stayed in the price range I wanted knowing I was preapproved for more. There was never any pressure and he was quick to answer all my questions surrounding the properties and home buying process. He even followed up with me a few times just to see how things were going in the new house.
