I like to think I'm pretty on top of it and proactive when it comes to personal transactions in which we have a major investment, and I never had to nudge Cynthia once. Went way and above to coordinate everything and make sure things went smoothly, which was extra-appreciated since we were making this purchase from Chicago, two hours outside of town. She did everything in her power to make the purchase go smoothly and make our lives easier through this process, which was hugely appreciated.
