My ex-husband disappeared after the divorce and house was awarded to me. I had concerns about being able to sell the house if I couldn't find him to sign a quit claims deed. Brian took care of everything, was honest, and answered any questions I had or clarification I needed.

Michele recently me sell some vacant land. It ended up being much more complicated than we expected, but Michele was very determined to see it through. She paid attention to every single detail, no matter how small, and really went the extra mile to make this sale happen. Michele is a fantastic realtor, and I definitely hope to work with her again someday!
