I never have to worry about a single thing in the real estate process because I know for a fact that Andy does a stellar job advocating for me, and communicating both with the other party in the transaction and with my wife & I. Andy is not the guy who you have to chase down for updates, he is extremely proactive and very communicative. I'd say that I wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again - but I already have and each of my experiences with him have been top notch. Roni has worked with my wife and I on our last two home sales. She is not only a delight personally to work with, but she is tenacious and detail oriented in her work. One of the mortgages seemed to nearly be ready to come apart, but she went to work, alleviated our stress, and pulled it together on time.
