We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kelli Falco. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Kelli, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is a very motivated Realtor and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Kelli walked us through every step of the negotiations. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be it didn't matter if it was very early in the morning or very late at night she was always there. Anyone looking to purchase a home or selling a home, would be lucky to work with Kelli.

Rob is a great agent to work with. This is the second time I have worked with him on buying a house and second house I have closed on with Rob. Diana worked with my son to make sure the sure the house was ready for sale. We talked over the phone because I didn't live near that house.She kept me informed about every step of the way including: What she communicated to my son, what needed to happen before we could put the house up for sale, Papers that needed signing, letting other agents know the house would soon be on the market, a closing time for bids and walking me through closing. We finally met at closing and it felt like meeting up with an old friend, I would recommend Diana to anyone wanting a agent who is on top of the industry and is on your side, doing her best for you.
