There are good agents, bad agents, and GREAT agents. Larry is one of the GREATS. Part of what makes him a great buyers agent is it’s hard to describe why he’s great… we wanted a house, he did everything he could to help find us a house. We wanted to look at a house, he made it happen faster than expected. If a house wasn’t great, he only showed patience. When the house was perfect, he went all out to make an offer in the 11th hour (not just a figure of speech, he was working on it at 11pm on a Friday night to get it done). 10/10 if I ever buy a house again, Larry will be my first call.

Tim exceeded all of our expectations. He was knowledeable and timely at every step of the process. He instills confidence, puts in the work quickly, returns calls, and besides all this he is just a great guy to work with. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.
