We were incredibly blessed to have Tracy and Vicki guide us through the process of selling Steve's Mother's estate. Overwhelmed was an understatement when we first met. Steve had had a stroke the year before, we had moved in to occupy the property, we were focused on his healing but it was time to sell the estate and I didn't know where to even start. Tracy and Vicki came in prepared and so knowledgeable. They guided us all along the way, from assessing the value to what to do first, the steps needed, the timeline needed to accomplish what we needed to do and negotiating the deal. We were so supported as we went through the task of getting rid of all the stuff and selling the house.
