Leila was Amazing to work with when selling my home in Northville. She made the entire process Stress-Free with her extensive real estate knowledge and her quick responses to questions or concerns that I had. Once I signed her on she took control of handling everything from there on out. It was a breathe of fresh air to be able to focus on my family and work and not have to get tied up in handling the paperwork, pictures, open house, showings, title company, and everything in between. I am thankful to have found such a great realtor; I highly recommend Leila Modetz to be your real estate agent!!

Working with Terry was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He guided us through both selling our home and buying a new one with professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a calm, reassuring presence. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable every step of the way. Terry was always available to answer questions, flexible with our schedule, and incredibly responsive—no matter the time or day. What really stood out was his commitment to us even after closing. When an unexpected issue came up with the title company months later, he stepped in without hesitation and helped us navigate and resolve it. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated—he truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

I purchased my first home using Chelsea as my realtor. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent. I bought a bank owned home and had to utilize a 203k loan, and she was there to walk me through every step. I don't think the deal would have went through without her following up with the bank and myself at every turn. I will definitely use her on my next real estate purchase. She was great!
