Her knowledge in home repair is really extensive and it was so helpful to have her as a trusted resource when prepping the house for sale. She worked very hard on choosing the right price so that it would sell quickly, and the appraisal showed that she was exactly right. Her ability to connect with the other parties involved and negotiate is really an asset. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. Her enthusiasm and down to earth approach was great, and she got our house sold for a good price.
