With picky buyers, restrictive parameters, and specific wants for a new home, Leslie was patient, insightful, and diligent. Given that this was a third home purchase for my husband and me, we are old enough to know exactly where we would and would not compromise in a purchase. At our request, Leslie showed us many houses and we never were made to feel rushed or as if time was wasted even if we knew within 10 seconds of entering, a house was not a consideration. We felt Leslie understood our situation and the desire to find the "perfect home and property in the perfect location" - and we did! She also made house hunt days fun and pleasant often bringing snacks and drinks for the road. She made astute observations and offered valuable advice for thought while never pushing in one direction or the other allowing us to arrive at conclusions ourselves. There was no meekness in her negotiating on our behalf so we felt the purchase was fair and parties on both sides were very satisfied. Would recommend without hesitation. We love our new home!
