Michael was there for us every step of the way to make our family's dream home a reality! His professionalism as both a sellers agent and a buyer's agent went above and beyond our expectations in so many ways. Michael was always very responsive to all of our communications throughout the entire buying and selling process, and even afterwards for that matter, for any questions we had. Any red tape or hurdles we had to get through in either process, and there was a bit on both, was handled professionally and with our best interests at mind. If anything ever seemed sketchy or questionable he would always let us know and even went as far as consulting legal advice just to be sure we were always making good decisions. Throughout the entire process Michael became more than just our realtor, he became our trusted friend!

We highly recommend Ken Durrant! He is professional, knowledgeable, and an expert in his field. Ken has helped us in both purchasing and selling multiple homes. He is always available to answer our calls and questions. He is fair and has great negotiation skills.
