We signed with Sarah on a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad we did! Sarah listed our house about 25k over what I thought it was worth, but I trusted her decision. By the end of the second day on the market, we had 23 showings and 5 offers. One of which was 25k over listing price! Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied in the work Sarah did for us.
