Working with Bill Melendez was wonderful! He was helpful, professional, and courteous in all possible ways. We hear the term "go the extra mile" for people who do extra. BILL MELENDEZ GOES THE EXTRA 10 MILES! His involvement made our experience easy. We are so grateful for his help.

Amanda Hotchkiss is truly a professional with knowledge and personal skills beyond compare! Amanda consistently impressed us with her knowledge of the housing market and the buying/selling process. She was able to meet with us for an initial appointment, have our home photographed, and on the market in less than a week. We had our first offer that day, and received over asking price less than 2 days on the market. She moved through the paperwork process quickly and efficiently, yet with the care and attention to detail that I have not seen before in her profession. Her passion for what she does shines as she helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. As a buyer with Amanda, we were then able to communicate with her quickly on any house that met our criteria, and worked with our busy schedule and determination to find the "right" home. Her use of technology surpassed all of our expectations, and provided us with more opportunities than we could have imagined. The questions that we had as home buyers never seemed to stump her, and her knowledge of many different areas was quickly apparent. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Amanda! The experience of buying and selling our home with Amanda is one that I will remember with excitement, joy, and gratitude! Thank you for everything Amanda!!! We couldn't have done it without you!!!
