We sat down to discuss the process and come up with a listing price based on comps in the area. Once listed Denise held a week-end open house; by Monday I had 3 strong offers. Denise negotiated to get me well above the listing price; I also got 30 days after closing to pack and get everything moved out. I was so relieved and excited on getting this offer; now I needed to find a new home. Denise showed me over 40 houses before we found the home for me. I just recently handed over the keys to my condo and am now settling in at my new home. I can honestly say that this difficult process of selling and buying at the same time was a success! He answered our calls, messages, emails, in a timely manner even after hours and late at night. We knew we could rely on him at any time of the day. He had extensive knowledge and inside tips of the areas we were looking at which was extremely helpful when finding a home. He also had great knowledge of the construction, electrical, plumbing etc. of homes which was a great asset in deciding between houses.
