I interviewed 3 realtors and after a thorough questioning and observing, I was 99% in favor of Roy. My only concern was the lack of verifiable digital reviews. He promised that I would get a 5 star experience and I promised that if I did, I would add a review and hopefully settle the nerves of anyone else who had similar concerns. Roy wasn't flashy. He was calm, thorough and available. I've seen realtors go through 4 or 5 deals a month. I didn't want to have to split my time with 4 other customers. Roy said 1-2 tops. I like the concierge approach. The fewer simultaneous customers, the more time and attention can be devoted to them. I did get a 5 star concierge experience. I would highly recommend Roy. He isn't the hottest new Realtor on the block. He's a guy who cares and has a team that gets the job done. This review is for my experience on the seller side.

Amazing service, Joe Manuel broker with Weichert Realtors Select did exactly what he said was going to do. This was an investment hard to sell property, sold and closed as promised with no issues. If you want to sell your properly call Joe and his team. Highly recommend.
