She knew from the top of her head how much repairs would cost and how practical it would be to do that. Our offer was accepted before the end of the day of our 2 day search. The next few steps we’re mostly paperwork and waiting. Although there were some snags and it was potentially difficult because we were still working in New York, we relied on Vineeta to do the legwork for us. She was remarkable! All documents were digital. Inspection and closing all went without a hitch. She even helped us get the house ready for your arrival and deal with all the minor inconveniences of an old house after we moved in. We highly recommend Vineeta!
