Multiple times we went to look at a house with 2 hours travel time each way. The home we found ended up being under budget, met ALL requirements, and the process was super simple. Beth made sure we had very little to worry about. She busted her butt to deal with the title and mortgage company so that we didn't have to. Beth was always a step ahead.
